Mornings

I’m so sleepy this morning. You always hear if you eat right and exercise, you will have an abundance of energy. I’m still waiting for that energy to kick in. I did somehow managed to get my mile walk this morning.

My workouts are important to me. Sometimes it’s hard to get motivated to do them, but I always feel better when I complete them. I do take a rest day or two when my body needs it.

My workout goals today:

Morning: 1-mile walk

Afternoon: 

12- minutes Stair Climber

11-Arc Trainer

1- mile treadmill 

– Crystal
